Emmett N. POTTER Sr, born unto the union of Rev. David Bardee Potter Sr and Mrs Nelly Marpue S. Potter, in grand Bassa county. Fifth of eight children and second of three boys. Attended my elementary school in Bassa and graduated from the St. Kizito Catholic School. Loved to work for children and community… I am a social humanitarian that have worked for over 16 years in building community resilience against disaster and how to cope after impact of a disaster. Currently, I served as the county coordinator for grand Bassa county for the Public Health Initiative Liberia (PHIL). I also served as an international trainer for PHIL and Liberian Red Cross. I love to work with the community, love sports, love to help people in need of assistance.. Studied Conflict resolution with emphasis in international diplomacy. I am glad to be a part of the Bill Rogers youth foundation because it has change my life greatly. Bill Rogers has is a great role model for many youth in Liberia.
During my leisure time, I listen to gospel music, watch football matches on screen, read and visiting families and friends. I am a fan of Chelsea football club. Love cycling
Our Liberian Events Manager, Emmet is a native of Grand Bassa County Liberia. Emmett graduated from St. Kizito Catholic School in Grand Bassa and went on to study Conflict Resolution with an emphasis in international diplomacy. Due to his love of working with children and the community, he became a devoted social humanitarian . he has spent over the last 16 years working in building community resilience against disaster and how to cope after the impact of disaster. Currently, he serves as the county coordinator for Grand Bassa County on the Public Health Initiative Liberia (PHIL) team. He also serves as an international trainer for PHIL and the Liberian Red Cross.
